The region around Cape Town and the upcoming Garden route (“Tuinroute”) already exert an enormous attraction on people from the cold and wet regions in this world. The demand for houses and building plots will only increase.
There won’t be new beautiful places like these.
In the two regions mentioned here a scarcity is developing of especially building plots that are nicely situated. Nicely situated, to us, means a permanently free view on mountains, sea or vineyards and in the vicinity of an international airport, stores, supermarkets and restaurants. The building plots should be already existing ones on which you are allowed to build, but not necessarily permitted to do so.
In short, the pearls of available building plots on which you can either build a house soon or in time, or buy as an investment.
Sapro has a number of these plots in her portfolio and is, also by her permanent presence in South Africa, specialised in searching and finding them. These building plots are still reasonably priced, especially in comparison to more standard sun countries such as Italy, Spain and Portugal.
